@bohemianrn humidity... not at all... i enjoy it. spasms... sometimes off an on. but if i eat well (and I do very often) I manage it well. Maca powder can make me spasm a little, but good exercise balances that out. so everything is a delicate balance with me. wishing you a great day😊👍

@bohemianrn I'm loving the 100+ degrees days here in the Dallas area. warm weather helps my body relax better in the wheelchair. Blackberries and figs are the main focus now... I'll have to send you some pics! Oh, and the rabbits too! They are everywhere
