A few of our Upper School students had an incredible experience at Westinghouse’s Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day at the Waltz Mill facility, the day featured an overview of nuclear power, an intro to engineering, and a tour of the AP1000® simulator.

Clay students in grades 10-12 participated in their much-anticipated Raku firing at the Pittsburgh Center For Arts & Media. A traditional Japanese method of firing known for producing unpredictable results, Raku teaches students to discover the beauty in unplanned outcomes.

It's STEAM day! Our Math, Science, and Arts faculty teamed up with Upper School science students for exciting STEAM activities during lunch. Trivia, experiments, games, and hands-on learning activities were a bright spot in our students' day.
