@hisachinj honestly it works when it reads like a person actually looked at what you built. the templated "I noticed you're the founder of X" stuff gets deleted in a second most of our early conversations came from just being around in threads though, not from a sequence 😅

@Iwukjnr agreed. most people are still using chatgpt like a search bar the gap between casual use and actually knowing how to prompt, iterate, and hook it into your workflow is huge. that's where the real gains are, not in tool number 12

partly. the sketch is where the thinking happens, that part i don't think ai touches but the boring 80 percent, drafting variants, code checks, clash detection, that's exactly what tools should eat. sketch stays human, grunt work doesn't what does he do most of his day though? curious if it's actually the design part

@codemonger00 debugging someone else's code college teaches you to write from scratch, but most of the job is reading a codebase you didn't build and figuring out why it broke at 2am 😅

@markproduct honestly they solve different problems. claude is great at getting a task done fast, but a junior grows into someone who understands the product and pushes back on bad decisions i'd hire the junior and hand them the AI tools 🙂
