Does Deandre Hopkins coming to #Titans help or hurt Treylon Burks?

Am I the only person who thinks the Hopkins signing could be good for Levis instead of Tannehill this season? We still have a lot of off-season to go and getting a vet WR1 will make a rookies life easier. What are your thoughts?

The Titans is where wide receivers go to end their career.

@JakesFFootball Pierce is fine and a safe bet to produce average numbers. Javonte is just a much more talented player in my opinion though.
