Here's the reffs and inspo I used!!

My concept art I created for this outfit, next to the direct references and inspiration I researched 1970s fashion and discovered Bob Mackie (he designed for celebrities like Cher) Specifically his Phoenix Ensemble, as well as his Glamour Angel figure design for the year 1970!

My first scratch outfit! A bit rushed for a special event, and there's a lot of things I would've changed to make it more accurate as well as better weight paints. Tomie is so radiant =v=~ I'm so proud of how this came out!!

@Ye_Zh_ang I'm so obsessed with the top frills design! I wonder how you came to make them wild like that, I see it a lot in fashion!
