Once your equipment is received and scanned at our warehouse, you should receive a confirmation email. We recommend keeping your proof of postage just in case 👍

@virginmedia hey I have got a returns pack ordered and had a email saying it will be on its way and can take 2 weeks to arrive does it really take 2 weeks to arrive thank you

@virginmedia Will I get any email to say the return is received and scanned into your warehouse to avoid any non return charges as I will be sending back same day as new provider is installed to avoid the non return charge,

@virginmedia My disconnection date was scheduled for the 12th July but I did the one touch switch so it will be disconnected on the 3rd July and I will await my final bill, will I get a email confirmation to say the hub is back to avoid any non return equipment charges,

@TheFiendFan98 Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Yes we do say it can take up to 2 weeks as we send this via Royal Mail so there can be delays with this at times.
