The trailer for DreamWork's Forgotten Island is very promising!👀  Notice the staging choices that were made in this scene, specifically how the composition taps into the differing emotional states and the distance that has grown between them since their childhood.

If a character is meant to be in balance, keep the weight evenly distributed over where the body is planted. For quick movements, it usually makes more sense to let the body go off balance briefly before the weight is caught in the contact pose. This is what walks are made of!

Staging quick paced action, especially during fast camera movements and tight editing, can be a tricky task to ensure the audience can read all the important information easily. The trailer for Hades II does a great job taking on this challenge... it's mesmerizing to watch!

Each move that Alpha does while kicking butt is lead by one part of the body while the rest follows! This helps to create connected and smooth movement as well as giving more power to her attacks.
