@hmdoppelganger I disagree. As a member of the church I’m not holding out my support for the lgbt+ people in my life because they believe and act differently from me. I’m supporting and loving them through it. It’s a two way street.

Why is the synopsis for my submission docs the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write? How am I supposed to distill 400 pages of awesome into 5? Anyone else struggle with this?

@PatrickAttawayy Assuming your numbers aren’t hyperbole i agree, but if they aren’t sometimes life just gets in the way. I just finished two books that it took me about six months to read and I loved both of them

@CalPLogan Reading is absolutely necessary for me to plot and worldbuild. Once that process is done though, I’m with you.

I feel this dilemma in the worst kind of way. To produce on a level I feel good about, I have to stop consuming. And then, of course, I binge read between drafts and edits.
