Hey @RBLBankCares it took 30 minutes to get an answer and that too I am told that a complaint is registered and somebody will call me back in 2-3 days. This was my second call because on the first call, the lady was not audible. Two different people told me two different things.

@RBLBankCares I just got a call on the 4th day & the person did not hear the call where it was mentioned on 7th July that this card is life time free. 1. The bank employees give me conflicting info 2. They don't do their research before calling me even after 4 days. What kind of BS is this?
