@nnlimandoc @AkumaFredo @obsdmd In my case its searching and referencing things visually for the most part, correct. - My brain is chaos soup - The journaling forces me to write as much down as possible - The graph helps me understand. Patterns, people interactions, places, dates,... Hope this helps!

Got a call today that mom has to stay in the hospital. Went in for a chemo session turns out her blood Platelets are dangerously low together with low white blood cells so real risk of internal bleeding. She is being kept for blood transfusions and other shit. Pray for her please
