Honestly, as some of you may have seen after we lost out on Fernandes, I was very disappointed, I thought after that point, the midfield rebuild was guaranteed to be underwhelming. I was fully tunnel vision on the Fernandes signing to the point he actually became overrated. Now looking back, £85M for Tielemans & Santos feels 10x better than £125M for Ederson & Fernandes, it also leaves us with more money to get the last addition. Of course I can’t get ahead of myself because these players have to prove themself. But so does everyone. Even the £100M players. What we can do is show the INEOS setup respect and also be calm, because they have proved there is many opportunities out there, we may just not know it yet. We are all prone to overreacting at times. And sometimes rightly. But we also need to invest trust. #MUFC

We pulled of of one transfer because he didn’t passed his medical completely acceptable. Just because we don’t feed into speculation and do our business quietly doesn’t make us incompetent
