This fight is no longer confined to the courtroom. It is moving through state legislatures, public hearings, grassroots organizing, and a rapidly growing national and international movement demanding transparency and accountability surrounding geoengineering and atmospheric intervention programs. In this important testimony before South Carolina lawmakers regarding H4624, Attorney Blake Horwitz laid out a direct and evidence-based argument that the public does not need to wait years for trial discovery to understand what is happening. As Horwitz explained, the documents, patents, corporate statements, and publicly available records already exist and are accessible to anyone willing to review the evidence. Horwitz specifically warned lawmakers about private companies preparing to enter U.S. airspace to conduct atmospheric intervention activities, including Stardust, the controversial startup openly discussing solar geoengineering operations involving reflective particle releases into the atmosphere. Notably, this testimony occurred as Stardust’s publicly discussed operational timeline pointed toward activity beginning in April, raising serious concerns among lawmakers, researchers, and citizens nationwide. At the same time, legislative momentum is rapidly building across the country. Louisiana SB189 has now officially PASSED the Louisiana House on final passage by a vote of 74-22 after previously passing the Senate 29-2 and clearing House committee unanimously 10-0. The bill is now on track to become law, with an anticipated effective date of August 1, 2026, if signed. This follows growing action in multiple states aimed at restricting or banning geoengineering and weather modification activities amid increasing public concern. We want to extend a special thank you to Attorney Blake Horwitz for his passion, leadership, and willingness to stand before legislators and fight for transparency, accountability, and the protection of our skies, farmland, environment, and future generations. As of 2024–2025, at least nine states have active programs: California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming Silver Iodide Dry Ice (Solid Carbon Dioxide) Sodium Chloride (Table Salt) Calcium Chloride Potassium Iodide Liquid Propane And a few more chemicals are used in cloud seeding We don’t want to be breathing this stuff in. Ban it over populated areas. Don’t forget the chemicals come down as rain and get absorbed by our crops
