@chilternrailway Two carriages again on the 7.32pm out of Marylebone. Packed in like sardines. Standing room only. Everyone wet, miserable and cursing. How does this appalling service possibly justify the exorbitant £4,600 per year cost? No wonder people want to stay at home.

@chilternrailway I took it (well both, I actually got sent two!) to the ticket office at Marylebone station tonight and they said it/they were just blank. Is there any way of you confirming which Smartcard the ticket is supposed to be loaded on to?

@TheGeoffMarsh Hi, unfortunately we cant remotely load, it can be done either by the NFC app, TVM or barrier at the starting station. ^SR

@chilternrailway Please can you put it in place. It’s ridiculous to pay thousands for a season ticket and then be unable to use the (functioning bits) of the rail network to get to work, which is all I’m trying to do. Surely tickets should be easily interchangeable when lines are shut like this?

@chilternrailway Are tickets valid on other lines this morning? All trains from Wendover seem to be cancelled.

@chilternrailway I mean other operators - Eg LNWR. I can’t realistically get to High Wycombe.
