@CarterNixon He's incredible. I really liked that film. I get some of the anti vibes (I'm super uncomfortable about the lack of an intimacy co-ordinator on some of that stuff) but holy shit, I enjoyed that film. I felt every single emotion in the course of watching it. And it only cost $6m!!!

Premier House isn’t really worth saving, feels like any other heritage Thorndon home, only larger and with worse furniture. You could easily tear it down and replace it with something that is in conversation with the main building we associate with PMs.
