@JontySh @NZTransitBuzz End of lease at current site. I think the land Swanson depot is on was sold a while back and Kinetic have leased for ages but it’s come to an end and Kietic likely want it off the books by the end of financial year.

#BusNews: Crews have started to prepare the former Cambridge Clothing Factory on Clarke Street in New Lynn to be used as a secondary depot for Kinetic. NZ Transit Buzz understands this depot will take over from Swanson Depot which closes at the end of the month.

A sight with limited days in Pukekohe with works underway to electrify the Ritchies Depot and replace some of the existing diesel fleet with small single door CRRC electric buses.
