A cruise of two halves today. Left Tixall Wide late morning and stopped off at the Stafford Riverway event before carrying on a while more to a glorious spot before Acton Trussell (between Br94 & 93). Boat got another bow wash this time in leaky Deptmore Lock. 5 miles / 2 locks

@nb_Snowgoose @CRTBoating @CanalRiverTrust @NABO_Official We was coming over and they started to cross coming in the opposite direction towards me until they realised what was happening. The 'leader' at the front gave no indications of their intentions, they just gave me a dirty look and blanked me as i passed.

@nbminimallist We are painting ours ourselves next year, i did our previous boat, its hard work but not impossible for a novice to do - video idea - you guys would make it into a great series if you ever decide to do it yourselves !
