Generalmente a los músicos les pagan una cantidad y los derechos al 100% se los quedan los devs o quien sea quien solicito la música.

@berlyn_bird @Hideki_Naganuma Todos esos samples que se usan en los juegos el 99% de las veces ni lo samplean los músicos; vienen de CDs o floppies especializados que traen los samples ya hechos especificamente para que los uses así que no habría problema.
