I always laugh at yo-yo’s who don’t have the 1st clue what information the President had that forced this decision. Even politicians who despise him but were briefed on the situation seem to agree with this operation. I guess lotta podcasters know better. 😂. Gotta keep the lights on somehow. Borderline traitors if you ask me. Iran is a terror nation with a long history of some of the worst human rights atrocities in the world. Nobody disputes that fact.They hate Americans. They hate Israel. They hate all Jews. They hate the West. They would kill us all if given the chance. They just murdered tens of thousands of their own people. The rest of the Middle East is on our side. The Iranian people are on our side. It isn’t that complicated to support our Troops and our country this morning. We are on the right side here. Talking to independent physicians, it's obvious that the big insurance carriers are doing to them, what their PBMs are doing to independent pharmacies. They deny, underpay, slow pay, clawback, and create administrative mazes, knowing their victims don't have the time or resources to fight. Why ? By putting financial pressures on physicians and pharmacies, it makes them more likely to sell their businesses to them , close their doors, or refer the business to their captive pharmacy or provider. All benefitting the biggest insurance companies We need to ditch the concept of "claims" and make every delivery of medications or care as a billable event that must, by law, be paid on a timely basis , with interest charges for any delays. If the physician or pharmacy doesn't deliver , the carrier has plenty of legal options already. As does the patient. This is not an efficient market. This is the big guy abusing the little guy. It needs to change to better the care we get in this country

Turning her suffering into profit, this monster raked in cash from the unspeakable horror, a cold-blooded pimp of pure evil. Ibrar Hussain, 47, and brothers Imtiaz Ahmed, 62, and Fayaz Ahmed, 45, were sentenced to six-and-a-half years, nine years, and seven-and-a-half years respectively at Bradford Crown Court. Both the Ahmed brothers fled the country and have escaped justice. Five of the eight will not have their sentences reviewed as their cases did not meet the ULS criteria. Disgraceful. Their victim was only 13 years old.

How about the following? The United States helps Israel finish the job with some B-2s and some GBU-57s. Israel ends the Gaza war in exchange for the return of the hostages, a commitment for a new civilian government in Gaza, and reconstruction overseen and funded by the Saudis and the Gulf States who monitor and guarantee security with oversight from the U.S. to ensure no more tunnels and no more terrorists. Gaza becomes a beautiful place to live and work. There are real benefits to planning and building a new territory with new cities from a blank sheet of paper using modern technology, energy resources, and modern approaches to design and sustainability. The Abraham Accords expand to include Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East. An economic boom emerges in the Middle East. @realDonaldTrump gets the Nobel Peace Prize for restoring peace and security in the Middle East.

A lively and friendly debate between @allie_schulman and Dr Shelby Sullivan to start off day 3 at @FesCourse @allie_schulman - ESG is efficacious, safe and durable. Durability of GLP1 is unknown. GLP1 associated with side effects. Dr Sullivan - GLP1 treat comorbidities independent of weight loss. Newer drugs lead to even better weight loss. Most adverse events are mild. Some of the AEs are overblown Bottom line - ESG and GLP1 coexist as great weight loss therapies. Shared decision making with patients based on their goals and after discussing risks and benefits is important @MetabolicEndo @SighPichamol

Yaron and Sarah were our friends and colleagues. They were in the prime of their lives. This evening, a terrorist shot and killed them as they exited an event at the Capital Jewish Museum in DC. The entire embassy staff is heartbroken and devastated by their murder. No words can express the depth of our grief and horror at this devastating loss. Our hearts are with their families, and the embassy will be by their side during this terrible time.
