As internet access slowly returns across parts of the country, the footage reportedly shows armed anti-regime militants opening fire on a man outside a supermarket before chasing him inside and fleeing the scene. It is widely believed that armed grassroots anti-regime movements have begun forming inside Iran to confront the regime’s brutality.
