@JustDavidG @WTFLanaLux It's not nostalgia talking. I played this game a few years ago, and the story + multiple endings makes this one of the best games ever made.

@WTFLanaLux Might be the nostalgia talking, but few games have stuck with me as much as Chrono Trigger. Particularly the path where leave Crono be.

@xenaaMorph I mod all of my consoles. My old house had a moisture issue, so all of my consoles need a deep clean. Ive finished the switch, wii u, wii, and now im doing the GameCube, then the n64, and then the 3ds. The GameCube is so rough...

@tillkruegerDEV Bot attacks follow known routes generated by libraries. If everything becomes AI generated copies of known solutions, then that introduces complexity when avoiding bots trained on that data. I'm just trying to plan ahead.

why do many developers love to reinvent the wheel instead of just using a library? 😂

Determine if you will be building the platform to be sold to a larger company in the future or if you are passionate about the idea and you want full ownership. If you plan on selling, then I would look at the docs for the APIs of the type of company I would be selling to. Set up your models/product for easier integration in the future. This will also help you get more ideas for filling the gaps in the market. When getting investors, they want to know that they will get a return on their investment. They want to know how their money will be used to make more money, and they want to know when. Stealth Mode: the stuff you can do before worrying about investors. Do you know how to code?

@TheHazelwize If it is a stealth mode. How can I get contributors? Contract? Also, please explain “sell” vs building to “own”.

I have an app idea and I can't do it alone. Questions: - How much does prototype completion to get investors? - Can I start with a web app first? - How can I find contributors or should I find one?

Payment providers like Stripe, Square, and Clover are dev-friendly, but the fees can add up if you grow larger. If you plan on making over 10k/month, then it's worth looking into a merchant account for better processing fees. You will need a business license and an EIN before you can get a bank account to "do business as:" `${companyName}` Here's more info on the business types: irs.gov/businesses/sma…

I am not a financial advisor, and this is not financial advice: You will want to determine what kind of corporation you would like to do business as. A large number of people go with an LLC because it's easier to obtain, and it makes the business its own entity. This creates a layer of abstraction between you and the business. Also, if you are making a SAAS, then it's a service. Services aren't taxable in some states, so look into that. Check domain availability before settling on a business name. Make a logo that is recognizable when it's 16px x 16px.

Last night before I went to sleep @leonnoel sent me two photos and my mind is blown just looking at it. First photo, we are on the main page when you search podcasts which... 🤯 Same page as all the largest podcasts around. Second, we are on the chart for top 10.

@Ph1lzaTweets @ADHDForReal I like to think of it as a room full of boxes, and if I don't have a box with a label that fits the context of what I'm trying to learn, then takes longer to build the box, mark the label, and then add the new info. Is this a better description?
