@BraveTart To a 2x batch of your book’s cream cheese ice cream I added: - 2oz freeze dried strawberry (powdered in a spice grinder) - 1 oz each whole milk, cream, sugar Whisked additions to form a paste, added to completed custard/cc base, whisked to combine.

@TheHoxtonMob Ooooh, interesting!!! I think that could be great but it will prob need a bit of extra cream to offset its absorbency, and then a touch of extra sugar to offset the added liquids.
