How can anyone seriously say that? If Bruno was in this City side, there’s a real chance he wouldn’t even be a guaranteed starter every week. This is a team where top-quality players like Rayan Cherki and Phil Foden can sometimes start on the bench, so the idea that Bruno walks straight into the team and suddenly becomes a yearly Ballon d’Or contender feels like a huge exaggeration. I rate Bruno highly, and there’s no doubt he’s a great player. But I don’t think he’s at the level being suggested here. To go even further, I’m not even fully convinced he starts in this current Arsenal F.C. side every single week — so comparing him to being an automatic star at City just feels over the top.

The US is much better on freedom. I have to realize that Europeans don’t really understand the full meaning of freedom.
