@rachcorrine reminder that you do not need wearables and people need to stop getting psyoped into wearing them. simply run and workout and track it on paper like a normal person. sleep tracking? go to bed at a normal time. most wearables are incredibly inaccurate and placebo at best

@sappholives83 Good for you! I want to quit too, but it’s not the nicotine, I can go without it. It’s the habit. I have ADHD, so it’s a lot harder for me to break bad habits, especially ones I’ve had for 13 years. I get so bored when I’m not smoking.

Confession: I'm a dumb bitch What happened was I read on twitter dot com that nicotine when not smoked is actually an amazing nootropic that helps your concentration with no negative side effect. ...aaaaand after avoiding smoking for my entire adult life I'm now addicted to zyns. The don't even feel good anymore. I'm just popping them for no reason until I feel vaguely nauseous.
