Also as an FYI to @RobSchneider in the event his post wasn’t a joke- perhaps the reason you didn’t see any sick kids when you were 10, is because they all died as infants… precisely because we didn’t have children’s hospitals to save them.

Perhaps this was a joke, but when @RobSchneider was 10 years old, life expectancy was 10 yrs less than it is today. Mature and rational adults can both acknowledge problems with our current health and healthcare, AND acknowledge the benefits of modern medicine & public health.
