Uzi was the benchmark by which ADC's were judged for years in early league.
He was the face of the LPL and the peak of mechanical play, he inspired a generation of players to reach higher.
He absolutely deserves his spot in the Hall of Legends. Titles can't be the only metric.

Even if Bin DOESNT win Worlds he's still the Top Lane GOAT.
