Alot to be proud of. Fantastic run with an amazing group of players and Coaches. Started 2-7, Finished #5 in the state playing in a SoCal Regional Final. Opened the season in Hawaii, finished in San Diego. Amazing year boys, thank you for letting me be part of the journey.

@DanCevette I agree but I like the team chatter on every pitch as long as it's chatter for your own player and never against the pitcher. That energy is great for the game and definitely adds to the outcome.

Even with many years coaching, I will never have this all figured out. This is so true and is the hardest part of leading, but also the part that will separate success from failure. Our responsibility to our players and teams, as mentors, is bigger than just wins and losses.

I never would have supported the legalization of marijuana had I known what would end up happening to young people and our cities. I deeply regret it. Every major city and uber in them just reeks of weeds everywhere. It is absolutely vile.
