Sunday Runday! 11.5kms x 7.2 miles. If it wasn’t for my knees getting weak, I could’ve went way longer. Been doing 5k a day at the gym on a treadmill every day this week, too. Stoked for an upcoming week of NO social media 🏃😌🙏
