Brain + Boots = Bomb
The creation of Pakistan’s nuclear capability stands as one of the most unique chapters in modern strategic history, serving as a masterclass in what happens when absolute academic brilliance meets relentless military execution. Looking back at the history of strategic defense, few alliances are as fascinating, intense, or deeply consequential as the partnership between Pakistan’s top tier scientists and its military establishment. It was a strange relationship born out of sheer survival, bringing together two entirely different worlds to achieve the seemingly impossible. On one side, you had the theorists and academics, eccentric, deeply intellectual scientists working with complex physics, centrifugal calculations, and raw materials. On the other side, you had the military command, pragmatic, hyper focused on security logistics, airtight secrecy, and strategic deployment.
This unexpected partnership thrived because the military provided an impenetrable security umbrella, allowing scientists to work in absolute isolation away from global espionage and geopolitical pressure. Operating under severe international sanctions and technological embargoes, this dual force established covert supply chains and engineered homegrown solutions that baffled global observers. Despite completely different institutional cultures, both sides shared a singular, unyielding objective to ensure national deterrence at any cost. When the dust finally settled in the Chagai hills in May 1998, it was not just a victory of technology but a triumph of organizational synergy. It proved that when a nation’s intellectual elite and its defense forces align with absolute clarity, they can alter the global balance of power forever. Salute to the minds that engineered the physics, and the hands that protected the process.

A record-breaking Olympic gold medal should change a country’s sporting culture. When Arshad Nadeem stood on top of the podium, Pakistan had a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build something lasting. Invest in facilities, create pathways for young athletes, and finally treat sports as something worth developing instead of celebrating only when miracles happen. Nearly two years later, that opportunity has been wasted. No nationwide push for javelin. No visible structural reform. No serious long-term vision. Just the same cycle of neglect that has held Pakistani sports back for decades. That’s the most disappointing part of all. Pakistan produced an Olympic champion, yet the system learned nothing from it.

So apparently Babar was accused by a few so called senior players that he missed the previous match because of a green track with a fake injury. And now today the same Babar is rescuing Pakistan on even tough surfaces. That is why I stand firmly against these former cricketers and so called analysts when they accuse players. You can talk about the game and skills but never assault someone's intent and personal character.
