على الحكومة السورية الحالية التحقيق مع فريق سواعد الخير بعد قيامهم بتخريب مسارح الجريمة تجدد الشَّبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان مطالبها للحكومة بضرورة حماية مسارح الجريمة ومنع الدخول غير المصرح إليها في 13 كانون الثاني/يناير 2025، نشرت مجموعة "سواعد الخير" التطوعية مقطع فيديو على صفحتها في "فيسبوك"، يظهر دخولها إلى فرع الأمن السياسي في مدينة اللاذقية، حيث قام أعضاء الفريق بطلاء جدران المركز والعبث بمحتوياته. يشكل هذا التصرف غير المسؤول تهديداً مباشراً لجهود توثيق الانتهاكات التي يُعتقد أنَّها حدثت في هذا المركز، بما في ذلك التعرف على مصير المعتقلين ومحاسبة المتورطين في تعذيبهم. تأثير العبث بمسرح الجريمة: تجرم القوانين الدولية العبث بمسرح الجريمة، إذ قد تصل العقوبات إلى السجن لمدة 20 عاماً أو غرامات مالية كبيرة أو كليهما، لأنَّ مثل هذه الأفعال غالباً ما تكون متعمدة بهدف طمس الأدلة. في هذا السياق، تؤكد الشَّبكة أنَّ العبث بمسارح الجريمة يقوّض العدالة، ويؤخر جهود التعرف على الجناة ومحاسبتهم. موقف الشَّبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان: أصدرت الشَّبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان منذ أيام معركة ردع العدوان توصية تركز على أهمية إدارة السجون ومراكز الاحتجاز، ومنذ فتح السجون ومراكز الاحتجاز رصدنا حالات عديدة لدخول غير مشروع وعبث بمسارح الجريمة وأصدرنا بياناً بعنوان "دور السلطات الحاكمة ومسؤوليتها القانونية في حماية مسارح الجريمة"، حيث أكدنا أهمية منع الدخول غير المشروع إلى هذه المواقع وفق القوانين والبروتوكولات الدولية. البيان في التعليق الأول.
