It's hard to be consistent because we tend to focus on the outcome more than the process. We're more drawn to the positive feeling of outcomes rather than the struggle of the journey. Most of us quit during the struggle before we can experience the rewards of staying the course.

Doubt is only removed by action. If you’re not working, that’s where doubt comes in.

Do you like your body more than you like food? Do you wanna be successful or do you like being poor? Do you like eating or do you like being hungry? Do you wanna party now or do you wanna party later?

There’s a world beyond the world you live in.

The mind in and of itself is its own place. It can make Heaven of Hell, or Hell of Heaven. so then the choice is yours…
