The expectations of people weigh you down but the fear of God is a foundation you stand on not a burden you take on. In the fear (reverence, worship, awe) of God, you are transformed from the inside out because it provides a a sustainable source for your mind, body, and spirit

I don’t know who do needs to hear this but the reason you’re feeling burnt out might not just be because you are working too hard physically. It may be because you’re working too hard mentally and emotionally to prove your worth and value to others.

You are not a pond—a dumping ground for the good and bad opinions of others. You are a pipe—a vessel that opinions can flow through and flow to while it remains connected to an everlasting source, a love powerful enough to wash away every insecurity—the living water of God.

If the truth sets you free (John 8:32), then you can only be as free as the level of truth you’re operating in. If there are undiscovered truths, then there is untapped freedom.
