If the ownership have the funds, a club should be able to play a Fantasy Football-esque wild card and spend an additional £100m every x number of years.

@TotalVilla_ Quite a few good squad players available at the end of the season - Sessegnon or Rico Henry, replace Digne and save about £100k a week on wages (plus fee for Digne). Kessie/McKennie backup for Kamara. Mingueza/Celic backup for Cash.

In the PSR/SCR era, smart dealings in the transfer market are essential and this summer, one of the smartest deals on the market is Harry Wilson on a free. He isn’t a big name and I’m not saying he should be our first choice RW but as a squad player, he be great for us 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #avfc
