@GuaraLeggy I feel that 100%. I don’t like going to the gym, and even though I go, I feel like the only thing that’s growing are my insecurities sometimes.

I started too late, got shafted by genetics, and cannot dedicate the time to it with my current work life balance. There aren't enough hours in the day to work, gym, and still get 8 hours of sleep. Worst of all, my heart's not in it. The gym is negative mentally and emotionally

Coming to terms with the depressing reality that I'll never be able to achieve my goal physique naturally. A lot of people can and have, but it's just not in the cards for me.
