Here’s my unapologetic MWIV take/rant. I know everyone is gonna group me in with the “oh he doesn’t know what he wants, you’re never happy, everyone says this every year, he’s a hater etc..” I want this game to be good man. I really do. But this just does not excite me. Ive been on BO7 while all the hating was going on for that too and I didn’t let that sway me from enjoying the game, because I did and do enjoy BO7 overall, regardless of its numerous flaws. As far as MWIV.. When you see other player models on the map their movements looks a little cleaner and more fluid. That’s about the only difference I can tell that this is a new game. Unless you want to talk about a font change and different colors. If someone posted this video a couple of months ago, nobody would have even realized this was a new COD coming out. Map looks so bland, hopefully that’s alpha shit but this literally looks like you just took a square chunk out of MW2 Warzone and just put it in multiplayer. Map looks like I’m playing airsoft and some dudes about to tap me on the shoulder and poke me with a fake knife There is 0 character. Where’s the maps like Highrise? Terminal? Dome? Mission? We can’t be thematic and creative anymore? Just feel like the franchise is going backwards. And there’s very very few cods I felt this way with, I’m not a hater. I’m passionate. I want games like Battlefield and COD to be so successful that they have to compete eachother for the FPS fanbase and force a good products to win people over. This is partly what made the peak time where Bad company 2 - BF4 was competing heavy COD4-Ghosts. Hopefully beta feels good and changes my mind. I will give credit where it’s due if it’s deserved. So far.. it ain’t. 👎🏻 But don’t worry, I’d still be playin and hitting bangers regardless cause that’s just how we roll 😎

@CosmicSoul77 The devs also stated the map clutter will be removed, so gun on gun and player visuals are better. So be prepared for maps to be empty and have an arena look to them. I think the maps will be very different from what we’ve seen. It’ll either be great or bad.

@DJ2Xs_ I’m sure this game will look great for trickshots. I’m worried about ttk and weapon balancing. Pumped for this though, really enjoyed 2019 and the realism

@CosmicSoul77 There’s a lot of weapon movement while character is turning and running, reminds me of the flash bang glitch, but constant. Although streamers were not allowed to change any settings. I’m thinking it’ll look and play better with adjustments. Good post though. Agree with a lot

@CosmicSoul77 That was one thing I didn’t like, how strong the weapons looked. The grounded realism is something I personally enjoy and the games graphics look great. Looks like a military game. Not a big fan of how the weapons look while you’re moving around, too much sway and movement.

@CosmicSoul77 It definitely looks like a MW2019 remake. I assume they went that route for initial sales. As long as there continued content and weapon balancing, we should be in for a good year. MW games are notorious for fast ttk and early gameplay looks crazy fast for ttk.
