@mightaswellbmac I was really enjoying Battlefield 6, sad to say that them canceling the Elite Series tournament 20 minutes before it started really killed my passion

@_aevly This is definitely still a challenge even for lean people. The key is to find low calorie foods that you enjoy, often times that comes down to buying specific food items to make yourself. Have you found any meals you like yet that aren’t calorie bombs?

@lady_valor_07 Adding cardio into weight lifting while finding satiating high volume / high protein / low calorie foods to eat in my calorie deficit

@MurrayHillGuy1 Good for him, been hearing a lot about Reta and have been curious to learn more. Unfortunately, InBody scans are not accurate at all. From my experience they’re usually around 5% off. Has he tried a dexa scan? That is up to 99.9% accurate
English

Friend of mine started “Reta” and it’s honestly wild.
He says he barely eats ~1000 calories a day because he’s just not hungry. Still lifts 5x a week.
In ~2 months:
21% → 10% body fat
Down 30 total lbs
Lost only ~1 lb of muscle on the InBody scan.
This isn’t an ad I am genuinely curious.
He’s basically the same guy… just way leaner and way more confident.
But what are the long-term side effects of nuking your appetite like this? Anyone seen issues?
English

i am so fucking hungry all the time
taoki@justalexoki
