Hey Folks, Quick heads-up - we’ve added another line to the checkout questionnaire (we know it’s getting.... long). If folks choose to waive the signature requirement for delivery, please be aware this increases the risk of loss or theft. Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re not able to cover any loss or offer a refund or replacement. We’ve had a number of cases where signatures were waived and packages went missing, with requests for us to cover the cost. Unfortunately, that’s not something we’re able to sustain. This policy has been in place since April 3, but we’re surfacing it more clearly at checkout for transparency.
