Attention Startups & Tech Companies (!!!):: if you aren’t offering FULLY remote for the foreseeable future you are getting left behind. All companies that “Get It” are pulling the “remote” lever and getting access to better talent at oftentimes discounted rates. That is all.

Talked to a corporate last week in Indiana that has 6 developer openings that they are having problems filling the positions. Starting pay $60k, but will go up to $135k. Told them about @MattAlling , @TheMariusGroup and @LambdaSchool still huge opportunities in this CS field.
