If you had a classroom full of monkeys and one shark, and the lesson was to climb a tree, the shark would look like daft and think he ain’t no good. But throw them all in the sea, and that shark’s a different beast and becomes what it was meant to be. Every child is different. We’ve gotta stop forcing them all down the same path and start finding what they’re good at and then build them up from there. That’s how we create real talent, real confidence, and a better future.
