Atlanta is essentially swapping Risacher and two-second rounders for Dort and Nembhard … Oklahoma City adds three more second-rounders to its draft pick stash and sheds more payroll … And Dallas surrenders one second-round pick and $13+ million of its AD TPE to land Risacher.

Restricted free agent Moussa Cisse has agreed to a two-year contract offer sheet with the New York Knicks, sources tell ESPN. His salary is half guaranteed in the first year and 2027-28 is non-guaranteed. The Dallas Mavericks have 48 hours to match or not.

I really think that Cisse has been part of their plans, but the Knicks are putting pressure on.
Dallas has other things to figure out still and speeding them up may squeeze him out.

@TheMavsBlog It’s crazy they are allowing him to still be on the Exhibit-10 deal. I seriously think a team might swoop in and just give John a real NBA contract vs. a two-way Dallas is likely to offer.
A team like Miami Heat can use Poulakidas on full roster spot, no kidding.
