The idea that Christ left a Book with no Saints, no Sacraments, and no Church to teach it is low-IQ Protestant nonsense.
Jesus didn’t write Scripture. Not one line. He built a Church, gave men authority, instituted Sacraments, and ordered them to teach in His name.

Celebrating the political murder of the guy who would talk to anyone is not the same as Trump "being glad" that the guy who tried to imprison him and his colleagues by making up crimes that were never committed.
Am I glad Mueller is gone? Yes. Do I hope he found Christ first? Yes. But I doubt it.

If you want to take down an institution from the inside, give it a crisis that they cannot deal with without breaking their own rules. Their rules won’t fix it, breaking their rules justifies intervention. It’s a lose lose, until there’s a war.

"Toxic empathy" tends to flow in one direction. It’s selectively applied, often shielding certain groups from accountability while offering little to none to others--men, and especially white men, come to mind.
But the solution isn’t to extend that same kind of empathy more broadly. If it’s harmful in one direction, it’s harmful in all directions. The real solution is to reject toxic empathy altogether and replace it with a love for truth, duty, and responsibility.
We can't vote this away though.
