I agree it was stupid move, but as a driver of ANY vehicle, situational awareness and control of the vehicle falls onto the vehicle that drives i to the other vehicle. These 3 died needlessly but also because the driver of the smaller vehicle paid no attention to a slowing truck and drove right into it. Id say check cell logs because you dont drive full speed into the trailer without being distracted or driving out of control. The truckers are still idiots but the accident was preventable if car driver attention wasn't distracted...
