I used to think my self-sacrifice was a strength. It wasn't. As a child, I felt responsible for my mother and sister’s happiness. I carried that weight into adulthood without even knowing it. Then I realized: I don’t have to do this anymore. If you’re always putting others first, look back. What burdens were you given as a kid? You can put them down now. Your only real job is to feel good in your own life.

@AlexHormozi It’s not just about desperation; it’s about knowing your worth. I undercharged for years until I realized my clients weren't looking for a "deal." They were looking for the transformation I provide. Don't compete on price. Compete on the value only you can deliver.

This is the path to freedom. 'Master, Teach, Delegate' has been my mantra lately, and it’s been a total game-changer. When you combine that mindset with the ability to program and automate, it’s truly invaluable. You aren’t just buying back time; you’re building a system that works for you.

Delegation is buying back your highest value hours with someone else's lower cost ones. Automation is building back your highest value hours with a machine's lower cost ones.

When you’re stuck in a fight with your partner, stop trying to win. Instead of building a case or arguing, just say what you feel. Describe what their behavior is doing to you in that moment. If you do this regularly, you will stop fighting and start connecting. Vulnerability is a much stronger bridge than any argument.

@PeterSchiff It’s hard to talk about global security when families can’t afford basic security at home. 19% inflation is a quiet crisis that drains the hope of every household. A nation is only as strong as its foundation—and right now, that foundation needs investment first.

This resonates deeply. I’ve seen this in my own life because of my childhood, and I witness it every day in my therapy practice. It’s a priceless moment when, after long-term work, someone finally realizes who they truly are. They can finally drop the 'emotional armor' they used to hide behind—not because they’re weak, but because they finally feel safe enough not to need it. It takes a lot of deep work and awareness, but that’s exactly where true freedom starts.

If your born into survival you grow up thinking you have nothing to lose. You sacrifice yourself because you believe that's all you have to give. Happiness never comes because your mindset is still stuck in survival. Where there is no happiness and you can't see your success.

@JBrooks844 Rock bottom teaches you the most powerful spiritual lessons. It's backwards to think that sacrificing your happiness now will lead you to more happiness later.

@AlexHormozi 100% agree. In my therapy practice, word-of-mouth is my strongest 'sales person'. But a good reputation also means choosing the right clients. By not being overwhelmed, I can ensure true quality. Protecting your energy is the best way to protect your brand.

AI is a powerful co-pilot for the creative process, but it shouldn't be a replacement for the mind. My fear is that if we stop thinking for ourselves, content will lose the 'human touch'—the very thing that makes it resonate and connect. Efficiency is great, but soul is irreplaceable.

This is a terrifying power imbalance. In their most vulnerable moment, the family is forced to rely on a system that refuses to be transparent. When 'we say so' is the only explanation for a life-or-death decision, it’s no longer about care—it’s about control. The lack of detail is what makes this so haunting. Everyone deserves the truth, especially when they are told there is 'no turning back.

Once the decision was made, the hospital convinced Noelia Castillo Ramos and her family that there was no turning back. They claim her organs are are comprised, but provide 0 details on how. Impossible to know if that is really true or not but it makes me sick to think about.

@sweatystartup This is such a vital lesson. If you never lose a lead, your prices are too low. I often tell my clients that losing a 'cheap' deal is actually a massive win for your energy. It clears space for the right people who truly value your worth. Focus on quality over quantity.

Far too many business owners get personally attached to winning every sale. They feel beat down and depressed if a competitor undercuts their price and they lose a job. This is a horrible mindset. If you are closing most of your leads, your pricing is too low. You are stretching way too much to win work. Losing low paying jobs is often a blessing. Keep your head up and move along. Go find customers who are willing to pay you what your worth and treat you with respect along the way.

@RichardDawkins Happy 85th Birthday, Richard! Science doesn't just add years to our lives; it adds depth to our existence. Universal understanding is the ultimate bridge for humanity. A powerful reminder to stay curious and grateful at every age.

March 26 is #ScienceAppreciationDay. But for science you probably wouldn’t have reached your latest birthday. Talking of birthdays, March 26 is my 85th. Science saves lives. It’s also humanity’s best shot at universal understanding: one of the things that makes life worth saving.

Most people stay stuck in this loop until they realize there’s a better way to look at risk. In my work with clients, we often see that fear is a double-edged sword—it can protect you, but it can also paralyze you. The goal isn’t to ignore fear, but to identify exactly where it’s holding the brakes and start shifting that relationship. Action isn’t just about the result; it’s about collecting data. The 'failure' everyone is afraid of is actually the most valuable asset you can buy. Experience is the only currency that never loses its value

When we assess risk, we tend to totally miss the value of the lessons we’ll learn by acting. ㅤ So many people are afraid to pull the trigger because they think, “Oh, I’ll lose money!” or “Oh, people will laugh at me!” not realizing that the information they gain by trying is likely more valuable than the success itself.

This is the ultimate masterclass in discipline. Most people have an urge to correct others just to feel smart. Rockefeller had the restraint to stay silent and let his opponent fail. In business and in life, silence isn't just gold—it's a massive strategic advantage. Never do your opponent’s job for them.

The lawyer in the trial against John D. Rockefeller slipped up and asked him about the "Southern Improvement Co." when they meant to say "South Improvement Co." Rockefeller, talking about this moment years later, says: "I never undertake to instruct the man who asks me questions."

I was raised to believe that if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t count. 🧵 For 20 years, I lived by one rule: You must suffer to earn your place. If success came easily, I felt like a fraud. I felt like an imposter who didn't deserve it.

@ItsKieranDrew I’ve had the same experience—it’s incredible how much we can 'hear' once the world finally goes quiet. Enjoy that peace and trust the process. Looking forward to the breakdown!

Just finished a 3-day silent meditation retreat in Paraná, Argentina. Absolutely incredible. I am blown away by the clarity and peace that creating space gives. Will share a full breakdown in a week. But for now, all I will say is this: The answers you are looking for are in the silence you are avoiding. Incredible experience. Can’t wait to do another (and longer).
