I usually find it hard to single out the benefits of any one supplement or habit because I tend to make lots of changes all at once, but I’ve not been consistent with any supplement for the past week except for inositol, and I’m feeling REALLY good.

Noticed this in sports, the greatest things I've ever done have been in a state of no mind. Completed skills I couldn't do if I tried, made moves that pros would be proud of. Spent most of my youth chasing that state of mind but struggling to find it.

Something I've only noticed in the last few years. Most people panic when math comes up, sabotaging themselves before they even start. The difference between most people and a maths "genius" is the way they approach it.

What gets in the way of most people's ability to do advanced math is not their inability to understand the material, but all those layers of cultural conditioning and years of self-limiting beliefs intimidating them. If they had a clearer head, they'd sit down and figure it out.
