@TheMotherloadHQ @FirstPortUK @FirstPortHelp As it happens, we did! Waited about 10 weeks, and then within 24 hours of my tweets and my TrustPilot review, my solicitor received what we needed. I did send a DM thanking ‘Harry’, but ironically I didn’t get a reply.

In the spirit of talking about mental health, I'd like to be publicly open about how stressful and emotionally draining it is being held to ransom by @FirstPortUK I'm exhausted by the false promises to reply to my solicitor. @FirstPortHelp I beg you to show some integrity.
