Too many devs focus on nonsense like "fun" but Kim took a page from Neil Druckmann's book by not using that word. All design decisions instead exist to prevent us from grinding too fast. It's so immersive how only the wealthy can escape from hundreds of hours of grueling labor.

Limbus Company is an auto-battler gacha game, but the genius Kim Jihoon innovated on the genre by borrowing game mechanics from Netflix, such as their "are you still watching" popup that happens every 30 seconds of game-time. Sometimes more.

Good morning! I figured I'd take this wonderful day, for no reason in particular, to talk about one of my favorite games of all time: Limbus Company! It's the third game in the series, but the first good one now that they finally got rid of that annoying evil robot Angela.
