Hey @discord can we please get a feature to turn off the little red badge on the taskbar. None of the Notification settings do anything when it's a DM. Please, it's the only reason why I regularly turn off Discord because seeing that pop up when you get a DM is too distracting.

@SirDeadallot I'm sorry to say but due to an influx of tickets, all of our agents are doing their best to answer every ticket as fast as possible. I wish we can provide an immediate resolution but please know that the priority of tickets is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Several times today on the scanner from the building collapse site, I've heard people say things like, "Check your cellphone" or "Call me on your cellphone." Wonder if they've told the workers at the site not to discuss bodies, etc. over the scanner.
