AN AU WHERE when Aziraphale gives Crowley the kiss on his finger he's actually giving Crowley their MEMORIES So when they have their first kiss in the new universe, they start to remember EVERYTHING Like, the kiss was a container.... just like Beez did with Gabriel with the fly

At the end, Aziraphale knew that this was what Crowley wanted since the very beginning of his existence: to have a real chance. Real odds and a universe where he could CHOOSE Aziraphale. And, while Aziraphale could live in a rigged universe, he could never live without Crowley

I CLOCKED IT #GoodOmensSpoiler Aziraphale could have lived in a rigged universe as long as he had Crowley. But he knew that Crowley couldn't. Since the beginning, that was Crowley's whole existencial crisis. If everything they do is already planned, then nothing is a real choice

Obviously it would have been a better ending if we had a full season and more time for them to say goodbye properly. Imagine a full episode of them alone in the bookshop actually talking and coming to this decision after finally getting some time for themselves
