For this years #LonelinessAwarenessWeek, let’s make sure that we check up on those that are living alone. Feeling lonely or isolated can have huge impacts on your mental health and it’s just so important that we check up on others.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, with a particular focus around kindness. No matter how big or small, an act of kindness can go a long way to help someone’s wellbeing. At Head High, we’re asking you to share with us your acts of kindness in the comments below 💚

We are inviting the community to come together for this months Supper Club on Sunday 17th May at 5.00pm via Zoom. Please could everyone make a few extra meals for your vulnerable neighbours and ask them to join in. To play bingo afterwards email info@headhigh.org.uk for a card.
