@noblenamjoon @Eileenjkoo We were indeed. But it seems you guys really are the best fans in the world and crashed our app. How lucky are BTS to have such dedicated fans. We are working on this now.

@TheO2VenueApp regarding pre orders on the O2 app will I need to set the location to Level 1 on the app as that’s were merch will be collected even though I’m level 4 for the concert?

@gcfxmma You pay via the app today and then collect from Level 1 once you're inside the arena.

@Aries68731438 @823roni You need to collect the merch from level 1 inside the arena once your ticket has been scanned. So no need to register a ticket on the app.

@noblenamjoon The app is currently being updated but the new stock will be live at 8am.

@TheO2VenueApp I’m confused bc the BTS FAQs say merch preorders will start in an hour but the app still says they’re sold out so is there actually another sale ?? how do we try to preorder ??

@taebabykookie Unfortunately this means the item has sold out. The app takes a little while to update so it may still have let you add to the basket. There will plenty of opportunity to buy merch on the day.

@Mangamegs This is just on the app. There was limited stock to pre-order they will be plenty more available at the concert.

@peachy__hobi It's only just sold out so may still let you add to bag which is something we are working on. We apologise for the inconvenience.
