Playtest Recap & What’s Next Our July playtest weekend has come to a close — and we want to give a massive thank you to everyone who joined the battlefield, tested, and shared feedback with us.

We’ve Moved to Unreal Engine 5! Big milestone reached — Shadows of Soldiers has officially moved over to Unreal Engine 5! This is a major leap forward for the project, and while the transition took a lot of work, we’re happy to say it went smoothly overall. New playtest soon!

We made a small mistake with labeling the previous patch. It was supposed to be 0.4.8.1 instead of 0.4.9. Real 0.4.9 is out now. Check out our discord or facebook to see all the changes we've made.

Good Morning Shadows, We have some exciting news! This weekend we we've been able to test a dedicated server setup. We are pleased with the results that we have gotten so far. Now that we know this is working it is time to optimize gameplay for a dedicated server setup.
